Meet Sania Siddiqui: Hello! I’m a therapist at Olive Branch Therapy Group and a licensed clinical social worker. I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University. I’ve been in practice in since 2014.

My Therapy Specialties:

I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, trauma and abuse, substance use and immigrant related problems. I also have a particular interest in working with parents focusing on the parent-child relationship. I utilize attachment based family therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), and talk therapy.

What drew me to this work:

In my work, I have always strived to help others. I believe it is important for everyone to have a safe space in which they feel heard and validated. Since, childhood I was considered be observant and caring for others feelings. I feel these tools help me become a more attentive and empathetic therapist.

My style: Warm, strengths-based, and client-centered. I seek to form a collaborative therapeutic relationship in order to create a positive, safe and non-judgmental environment.
